Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Peter IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered, a representative list of such works
• Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located, with sufficient detail that we can find it
• Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
• Physical or electronic signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via WhatsApp at + with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or through our contact channels.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the content provider of the removal or disabling of access
• Take reasonable steps to expeditiously investigate and respond to the claim
• Respond to the complaining party within a reasonable timeframe

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Peter IPTV has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
